El Cel is our most exclusive wine and is the crowning glory of our collection. We make it with grapes which have been grown in our higher altitude vineyards, ripening slowly as the vines reach up to the sky or even we could say, to Heaven.

Its personality grows, evolves and, with time, it becomes even rounder. Behind this apparent simplicity, El Cel offers us a distinct and complex structure.

It is a classic wine, balanced, consistent and long lasting, just like the ancient Mediterranean temples once were.
